Colour: ruby red color with violet reflections. Bouquet: notes of jam where blackberries, sour cherries and marasca cherries prevail, evident hints of myrtle. Taste: on the palate it is soft, sweetish, with the natural sweetness well balanced by a lively freshness. Good final persistence. Grapes: 100% Sagrantino. Pairings: excellent pairing with blue cheeses as well as dry pastries and dark chocolate cakes. It is also appreciated as a meditation wine.  Service temperature: 16 °C.
