WINES
Colour: intense ruby red. Bouquet: in its breadth we find cherries in brandy and chocolate, violet, vanilla and more spices. Taste: full and soft perfectly balanced by vibrant and velvety tannins. Grapes: as per the production disciplinary: Sangiovese from 60% to 80%, Sagrantino from 10 to 25%. Red, non-aromatic grapes from other suitable vines can contribute to the production of this wine to cultivation within the Umbria region. Pairings: this structured and ample wine is exalted when paired with red meats and roasts. Also excellent with seasoned cured meats. Serve at 18-20 °C.
