Type: San Felice extra virgin olive oil is an oil deriving from a native variety that is an expression of biodiversity that characterize the Italian and Umbrian territory. Taste: on the nose there are sensations of herbaceous and floral with notes of lettuce and artichoke. Note the sweet and pungent almond bitterness in a not too pronounced way. Pairings: ideal in combination with white meats, fish and fresh cheeses. Directions for use: raw seasoning for fresh cheeses, fish and white meats.
