Type: the Moraiolo extra virgin olive oil of the Decimi company is an Umbrian mono-varietal. The product is obtained from olive groves in the Giano dell'Umbria area. Taste: intense golden yellow with delicate green hues, clear; the nose is elegant and complex, with rich notes of artichoke and chicory, flanked by balsamic hints of mint and rosemary. Enveloping and with personality, with tones of wild lettuce and clear spicy nuances of black pepper. Very strong bitterness and strong spicy, with an unripe almond finish. Pairings: excellent on structured dishes, bruschetta, mushrooms, artichokes, some wild herbs, first courses with meat sauce, legumes, grilled tuna, red meats, game, aged hard cheeses. Directions for use: excellent raw.
