Colour: purplish red. Bouquet: intense fruity nose with notes of ripe cherry, currant black and wild herbs. Taste: on the palate it is immediately in the pleasantness and juiciness of the fruit, medium-bodied and with an intense but never intrusive tannin. Grapes: Ciliegiolo in purity. Pairings: it goes well with platters of cold cuts, first courses with meat sauces or second courses of roasted white meats of the Umbrian tradition. Service temperature: 18-20 °C.
