Type: This product is made from a high-quality wine, Sagrantino di Montefalco, through a static method that allows the acetobacteria to work naturally on the raw material in contact with the air. It is thanks to this slow oxidation process that the perfumes and aromas evolve, enriching themselves with the organoleptic characteristics of the long maturation, obtained from a careful acetification process followed by a long period of aging in larch and oak barrels. Ingredients: wine vinegar acetified in larch and oak barrels (contains sulphites). Pairings: ideal for vegetable salads, enhances red meat tartare and makes fried foods tastier and more digestible.
