Type: at least twelve long years are necessary for “THE” Condiment to be considered “mature” to be packaged in its particular blown glass bottle. Produced from unfermented white grape must. Brown in color, bright appearance, not viscous but very fluid/liquid, inebriating and complex aroma. The origin from grape juice and not wine – unlike normal condiments based on wine vinegar – leaves it with an intense, pleasantly sweet and sour taste, with nuances coming from the various woods in which it matures. Its intense taste with an unmistakable sweet and sour character is given by the aromas of the different essences in which it is aged. Ingredients: Trebbiano (contains sulphites). Pairings: it is advisable to use “IL” Condimento in drops and always raw: in salads after salt and before oil, in hot or cooked dishes before serving, on fruit and desserts before sugar. Among the dishes we suggest is a very simple fillet seared in a pan and seasoned raw with a sprig of rosemary, coarse salt, our extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of “IL” Condimento balsamico. Also try on mature cheeses, a few drops and even on vanilla ice cream. Nutritional information (average values ​​per 100 g): energy value: 160 Kcal (670 kj); fats: 0, of which saturated fatty acids: 0 g; carbohydrates: 40 g, of which acids, sugars: 40 g; fiber: 0 g; protein: 0 g; salt: 0.03 g.
