Color: ruby red with violet reflections. Bouquet: intense and complex, hints of carob, musk, and coffee, absolutely worth trying. Taste: on the palate it is wonderfully fresh, tannic, not very savory, the right balance for this type of red. Grapes: large-berried Sangiovese. Pairings: it is particularly suitable for filled pastas, steaks, and all red meats cooked on the grill, but also pairs well with cave-aged and pit-aged cheeses, typical Umbrian pork products, and game in general. Service temperature: 16 °C.
