Type: Orvieto DOC is one of the best-known white wines in the world, and the Argillae winery wanted to pay tribute to the tradition of its land by creating Mater Maris, a wine with intense aromas with floral, citrus and tropical fruit notes, with a complex and persistent taste. Mater Maris amazes with its elegance, its perfect flower-fruit balance and its extraordinary freshness. Color: pale straw yellow. Bouquet: full with floral notes of yellow flowers, hints of citrus and tropical fruits. Taste: on the palate it is broad with mineral notes supported by an interesting acidity. Excellent aromatic persistence with a refreshing finish. Grapes: Grechetto 50%, Procanico 20%, Malvasia 20% and Sauvignon Blanc 10%. Pairings: pairs perfectly with seafood appetizers, first courses with shellfish or seasonal vegetables, excellent also with fresh cheeses or delicate white meats. Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
