WINES
Colour: ruby red, dark and deep, not very transparent. Bouquet: wild flowers, red fruits and a touch of nutmeg. Taste: it enters the mouth dry, fresh, the right softness in contrast to the tannins. Grapes: as per the production disciplinary: Sangiovese from 60% to 80%, Sagrantino from 10 to 25%. Red, non-aromatic grapes from other suitable vines can contribute to the production of this wine to cultivation within the Umbria region. Pairings: appetizers of cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses, succulent first courses and roasted white and red meats. Service temperature: 18 °C.
