Type: Sour Fruit Ale produced with the addition of fruit pulp during fermentation. With a veiled light yellow colour, the aroma is fresh and pungent with highlighted notes of maracuja which give it a tropical character. The protagonist of the taste, however, is the mango, which gives silkiness and sweetness to the drink, balancing the typical notes of lactic acidity formed during fermentation. A smooth drink with a clean, acidic and pleasantly tropical aftertaste. Allergens: barley malt, wheat. Contains gluten.
