Type: born from the union of several malts with Norcia pearl spelled, it is characterized by a hazelnut color, ruby reflections and compact, creamy foam and snug. The malt and hops used create a mild beer, where the bitterness is pleasant, never intrusive. Taste: fruity notes emerge and a nice hint of caramel and hazelnut, a sparkling tone with a structured body. On the palate it moves with warm, soft and spicy tones, alternating a sweet and enveloping attack with a more bitter and persistent finish. In evolution you can perceive floral and spicy notes of pearl spelled from Norcia (4%).
