Type: from one of the Italian gastronomic excellences, a special beer is born, unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle. Taste: obtained from a light malt base, it immediately strikes for its delicacy, which leaves room for a bouquet, in which the notes of vegetable malt stand out and a pleasant note of legume evolves. It is characterized by a body perceptible on the palate, typical of the character of a complex beer, but of excellent drinkability.
