History: the Territory Foglio 61 was created with the contribution of various vineyards, all located in the Montefalco area at an altitude of about 400 m above sea level . Type: red wine (Montefalco Rosso type) that best represents the expression of the Montefalco area: Sangiovese and Sagrantino blend together like a pleasure! Vinification in traditional red and care in decanting. Nothing more. A few passages and then aging in the bottle. The wine does not undergo any treatment, but this does not mean it has defects, on the contrary!. Colour: intense red colour. Bouquet: note of currant, mint and oriental spices. Taste: thick and smooth structure with muscular tannins. Grapes: Sangiovese and Sagrantino. Pairings: pasta, beef, veal and poultry. Service temperature: 18-20 °C.
