Colour: dresses the glass in a beautiful straw yellow. Bouquet: the nose is mainly fruity, characterized by hints that recall peach and exotic fruit, then followed by light herbaceous nuances and the classic almond notes, typical of the vine. Taste: the palate is well balanced, warm and fresh at the same time, excellent in length. Grapes: 100% Grechetto. Pairings: Excellent with seafood, it is perfect with mixed grilled fish. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
