Type: this oil is produced during the second and third ten days of October, Bio Selection includes a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Pendolino from organic farming, which give it a characteristic taste and aroma of cut grass and vegetal notes. Extraction technique: by continuous cold method. Taste: medium-intense fruity, clean and fresh, with notes of artichoke and medicinal herbs. Pairings: legume soups, tuna carpaccio, mushroom salads, red meat slices, grilled vegetables.
