Type: project born with Marino Moretti; among the most famous ceramists in Italy and custodian of the Castle of Viceno, where Orazio Spada was born. The wine is dedicated to the Castle of Castel Viscardo, a town next to Viceno and part of the Spada principality, particularly dedicated to Madonna Antonia, a cultured and skilled woman of the 1300s who, after becoming a widow, continued to hold the reins of the principality, distinguishing herself for her skill and charisma. Color: brilliant straw yellow. Bouquet: bouquet marked by a potpourri of intense fresh fruit scents: green apple, pear, peach, citrus, banana, and grapefruit. Subtle notes of dried apricot, almond, hazelnuts, and candied citrus. Floral hints of broom and acacia. Hints of vanilla, cinnamon, butter, honey, and caramel. Taste: in the mouth, it enters with a soft, savory, and juicy sip. Fine and dynamic drink. Persistent and satisfying finish. Grapes: pure Chardonnay. Pairings: preferable with seafood dishes and dairy products. Serving temperature: 10 °C.
