Colour: light yellow with light green reflections, good foam. Bouquet: fresh, fine, floral, with notes of red apple, white peach and bread crust. Taste: lively with good balance, medium structure, pleasant, with a fresh acidity. Perlage: fine, persistent. Grapes: Sagrantino 85% and Chardonnay 15%. Pairings: ideal as an aperitif or with hors d'oeuvres, it goes well with fish in general and sushi. Service temperature: 6-8 °C.
