This oil is produced during the second and third decade of October, the Bio Selection includes a blend of moraiolo, frantoio and pendolino from organic crops, which give it a characteristic taste and scent of cut grass and vegetable notes. Extraction technique: by continuous cold method. Taste of oil: clean and fresh medium-intense fruity, in which artichoke notes and officinal herbs emerge. Pairings: legume soups, tuna carpaccio, mushroom salads, cut red meats, grilled vegetables. Directions for use: excellent on all those dishes that enhance the fresh-vegetable component of the oil.
