Type: Decimi's organic extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino in a variable percentage depending on the vintage. Taste: medium fruity. An oil that fascinates for its balanced and balsamic scents typical of Umbria. The extra virgin olive oil on the nose ranges from hints of thistle and fresh olive to delicate balsamic flashes. On the palate it releases a medium intensity bitterness and balanced spiciness. Pairings: lends itself to the combination of multiple dishes based on meat, legumes and pasta.
