Type: aging wine. Colour: dark ruby red. Bouquet: the nose reveals beautiful notes of sour cherries, blackberries and cherries in jam. Hints of licorice and cloves open to a powerful, elegant taste, both tannic and well balanced by a certain freshness. Taste: long, closes with a finish on the fruit, vibrant persistence. Grapes: Sangiovese 65%, Sagrantino 15%, Merlot 15% Cabernet 5%. Pairings: Milziade Antano's Rosso Riserva goes perfectly with rich roast meat dishes. Baked pork tenderloin. Service temperature: 16-18 °C.
