Type: project born with Marino Moretti; among the most famous ceramists in Italy and custodian of the Castle of Viceno, where Orazio Spada was born. Wine therefore dedicated to Orazio Spada (1600), “Peasant Prince” who imported from the south of France, in 1669, Grenache cuttings, which he had cultivated for over 3 centuries by his sharecroppers, producing a wine of excellent quality. Color: ruby red often embellished with violet and garnet reflections. Bouquet: the passage in French oak barrels releases a smooth tannin and a delicate aroma of sweet spices and roasting. The olfactory evolution is complex, ranging from the scent of ripe small red fruits, such as currants and raspberries, to herbal notes of rosemary and thyme. Taste: endowed with good freshness and intense aromatic persistence, it is a wine with a strong seductive charge, a winning weapon to wield for a romantic dinner. Grapes: Alicante 100%. Pairings: land appetizers, flavorful first courses of peasant tradition, more or less mature cheeses, grilled meats and feathered and furred game. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
