Type: cheese with a pleasantly aromatic flavour. Umbria is the land of truffles, so the "marriage" with this precious ingredient cannot be missed. This type of cheese has obtained recognition for our region as a PAT product (Traditional Agri-food Product) from the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies. Inedible rind.
