Type: cheese with a strong taste, there is a pleasant balance between the sweetness of the milk and a slightly bitter note of the rosemary. This original caciotta with a not very large size is obtained by transforming our Umbrian milk into a curd and adding rosemary leaves. Inedible rind. Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments, rosemary.
