Color: intense ruby red. Bouquet: complex and articulated, with notes of berries, black pepper and wild spices. Taste: soft, rich and fruity, with good freshness. Grapes: Sangiovese 60%-70%, Sagrantino 10-15%, 15%-30% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (variable percentages depending on the harvest). Pairing: pasta with Chianina ragù, risotto with meat sauce, stewed red meat, traditional Umbrian pork butcher cured meats and grilled meat. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
