Type: wine with spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of any additives, including sulfites, unfiltered and without clarification. An orthodox wine that can be appreciated for its great freshness and immediacy. "Murato" is a wine obtained from pure Prugnolo Gentile grapes, half pressed as whole clusters and fermented without skins for 9 days, the other half fermented on the skins for 8 days. Color: the color is a bright ruby, almost rosé. Bouquet: hints of fruits, something unique to try absolutely. Taste: on the palate it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with small red fruits. Grapes: Prugnolo Gentile 100%. Pairings: mushroom tagliatelle, grilled pork, beef tagliata, oven-baked pork shank, Florentine steak.Serving Temperature: 10 °C.
