Colour: La Madeleine's Pinot Noir Metodo Classico Nerosé sparkling wine shines in the glass with a seductive onion skin colour. Bouquet: the nose releases aromas of small berries which are combined with fragrant hints of crusty bread. Taste: the sip is full and creamy, enhanced by a good sapidity and a pleasant fruity taste that persists in the finish. Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir. Pairings: at the table it goes well with various types of cured meats and tasty seafood stews based on fish and shellfish. Service temperature: 6-8 °C.
