"The bitter furium is handcrafted in Umbria in Manciano di Trevi, in a tiny village with few houses and about a hundred people at the foot of the mountain. This human and naturalistic 'imprint' has allowed us to create an artisanal bitter made from the infusion of herbs and medicinal plants without the use of artificial flavors and colorants. (...)" (Green Heart Distillery).
Ingredients: water, alcohol, herbs, spices, and sugar. Color: dark red tending towards violet. Taste: intense, bitter, and pungent aromas, aftertaste of peels and dried fruit. Pairings: to be paired with a fruit-based drink, such as citron soda or bitter orange, excellent for cocktail preparation. Service temperature: 8-13 °C.
