Colour: ruby red with purplish reflections, consistent. Bouquet: Rossobastardo® vinified after a decisive drying of the grapes of the native vine gives the blend very intense notes of blackberry and black pepper. Wild berry jam reminiscent of candied orange peel and vegetable notes make the bouquet broad. Taste: the formidable softness is supported by an adequate freshness and a sapidity that well embodies the territory; the wine is balanced and harmonious. Persistent, the taste fully corresponds to the nose. Grapes: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Sub-mature Sagrantino. Pairings: excellent with red meats, semi-mature cheeses and for happy hours. Service temperature: 16-18 °C.
