Typology: structured white matured in wood. Colour: straw yellow with intense golden reflections. Bouquet: ample, imposing in its aromatic complexity, with elegant hints of tropical fruit, banana and sage; light and balanced hints of yellow flowers. Taste: with a great structure, it is characterized by a delicate softness, with a vibrant acid fragrance and a delicately fruity finish with a long persistence. Grapes: Chardonnay. Pairings: excellent with truffle and creamed risottos, seafood first courses and fish in sauce or roasted, white meats in general, fricassee lamb, medium-aged cheeses with even intense flavours. Service temperature: 12-14 °C.
