The Italian extra virgin olive oil DOP Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto Marfuga is cold extracted only from olives harvested by hand in the olive groves that stretch between Assisi and Spoleto, in the heart of 'Umbria, an area traditionally suited for the cultivation of olive trees. Taste of oil: from the moraiolo, leccino and frantoio cultivars, thanks to the particular climatic and positional conditions and the calcareous substrate of the soil, an oil with a green color, fruity and fragrant, with an unmistakable flavor is extracted clean olive, decidedly herbaceous with dominant notes of artichoke and unripe almond. Pairings: ideal with all raw condiments and in particular with all rich and tasty dishes. Directions for use: on legume soups, grilled meats and vegetables.
