Marfuga® extra virgin olive oil is obtained from selected olives already at a good level of ripeness and cold extracted using the continuous cycle method. Taste of the oil: the harvest and the extraction method give this oil a green color and an elegant and round aroma, with a delicately fruity flavor. It has good intensity and persistence. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly spicy. Pairings: it goes well with all raw condiments with great capacity and versatility of combinations. Directions for use: in cooking to be used for the preparation of sauces and in frying.
