Type: the onion is a vegetable used for centuries, essential in giving an extra touch of flavor to traditional Italian and international dishes.  Through the natural infusion of onions in extra virgin olive oil, a spicy oil is obtained which absorbs the fragrances and all the beneficial properties present within its layers. Taste: persistent, with natural onion notes, it is an oil with a strong flavour. Pairings: pizza, bread, summer salads, pizzaiola style meats. Recommendations for use : perfect on focaccia, pasta and mixed salads.
