Colour: delicate straw yellow. Bouquet: the nose reveals notes of tropical fruit, yellow flowers and a slight hint of hydrocarbons. Taste: in the mouth it is ample, tasty, with great freshness and sapidity. A wine that is characterized by a marked acidity and a beautiful structure. The finish is excellent, long and engaging. Grapes: Trebbiano Spoletino. Pairings: it is a multifaceted wine, an excellent aperitif, which goes well with saffron-based dishes. Saffron risotto. Service temperature: 8-10 °C.
