Colour: intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Bouquet: the nose reveals notes of ripe fruit, raspberry and cassis, embellished with spicy hints of black pepper, thyme, vanilla. Taste: powerful, ample, balanced and very pleasant in the mouth. Elegant, it closes with a nice return of blackberry notes before a very persistent finish. Grapes: Sangiovese 70%, Sagrantino 15%, Colorino 15%. Pairings: suitable for main courses of meat, for important dinners during which to look for the natural elegance of Umbrian Sangiovese. Service temperature: 16-18 °C.
