Colour: straw yellow, with light green reflections. Bouquet: of excellent intensity, due to the long stay on the lees, with notes of vanilla present only slightly, which leave room for varietal and fruit notes such as pineapple and pear, with light smoky notes. Taste: immediately full-bodied, warm and enveloping, with the various wood/fruit components well blended together; of long persistence in the finish, which closes with a delicate spiciness that accentuates its gustatory qualities. Grapes: 100% Chardonnay. Pairings: it is best expressed with important dishes based on raw fish; it also goes well with goat and other medium-aged cheeses, as well as roasted white meats, vegetable stews and important first courses. Serving temperature: 12-13 °C.
