Typology: wine suitable for aging, it has obtained many awards both nationally and internationally (3969 bottles produced). Colour: bright garnet red. Bouquet: the nose releases penetrating aromas of small ripe red fruits with hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. Taste: in the mouth it is soft with a good acidity, the tannins are very lively sectors. Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir. Pairings: excellent with semi-mature cheeses as well as first and second meat dishes, especially if based on red meat and game. Service temperature: 18-20 °C.
