Colour: ruby red wine with violet reflections. Bouquet: on the nose < span>berries, raspberry and blueberry emerge, in the finish notes of cocoa and plum jam. Taste: onthe palate is soft, with unobtrusive tannins, balanced acidity and persistent aftertaste. Grapes: Sangiovese, Sagrantino, Merlot, Cabernet . Pairings: it is a wine for the whole meal, in fact, it is excellent with appetizers based on cured meats and aged cheeses, first courses with meat or wild boar sauce, but also with all red meats, especially lamb and game. Service temperature: 18 °C.
