Colour: wine with a bright purplish color. Bouquet: fruit prevails on the nose ripe red, nutmeg, pepper and cocoa, with spicy notes on the finish. Taste: its noble tannins are well balanced so as to make the wine full-bodied but at the same time elegant and silky. Grapes: 100% Sagrantino. Pairings: appetizers based on cured meats and aged cheeses but also first courses with very structured ragù. Red meats and game enhance its taste and allow its body to be fully appreciated. Service temperature: 18 °C.
