Colour: wine with a characteristic color for its greenish reflections. Bouquet: on the nose it is very elegant and delicate with hints of yellow flowers and tropical fruit. Taste: on the palate we find a marked acidity which together with its typical sapidity makes the wine fresh and persistent. Not a wine to be drunk always young but which also lends itself to long aging in the bottle. Grapes: 100% Trebbiano Spoletino. Pairings: excellent for aperitifs. This wine is the ideal companion to elaborate vegetarian dishes, seafood appetizers, first and second courses based on fish and shellfish. It is enhanced with preparations based on white or black truffles, lightly aged cheeses and Umbrian cured meats. Service temperature: 10-12 °C.
