Type: red wine obtained from Merlot grapes, alternating annually, depending on the vintage, with other red berried grapes. 100% carbonic maceration. Great care in harvesting and handling the grapes! Then only bubbling must! Ready after a few months. Among the wines produced, it is the one that expresses more the hand of the producer than the territory. The wine does not undergo any treatment, but this does not mean it has defects, on the contrary! Colour: intense red. Bouquet: hints of blackberry, structured, tannic and persistent flavour. Taste: given the important tannic structure, it has great aging potential. Grapes: predominantly Merlot, Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Tannat. Pairings: pasta, beef, veal and poultry. Service temperature: 16-18 °C.
