Type: it is a wine of great structure and elegance. Color: splendid ruby that turns to garnet. Bouquet: intriguing, with sensations of wild violet, cherries in alcohol, sweet spiciness and balsamic nuances on a mineral background of graphite. Taste: in the mouth it explodes with vigor, soft and elegant, it has a well-structured, mature and balanced tannic texture. Wide on the finish that portends space for further years of refinement. Grapes: Sangiovese 70%, Sagrantino 15%, Cabernet and Merlot 15%. Pairings: wine for great meat preparations, it can also be combined with aged cheeses.
