Colour: dark pink, good foam. Bouquet: fresh, fine, floral, with notes of red apple, citrus, grapefruit and bread crust. Taste: lively with good balance, good structure, pleasant, with a fresh acidity. Perlage: fine, persistent. Grapes: made exclusively from Sagrantino grapes. Pairings: ideal for an aperitif or with hors d'oeuvres, it goes well with first and second courses of fish, but also with white meats and fresh cheeses. Service temperature: 6-8 °C.
