Colour: bright rosé with youthful cardinal nuances. Bouquet: initial fruity timbre followed by the typical characteristics of Merlot. Taste: aromatic, elegant and refined, it leaves a splendid pleasantness in the mouth. Grapes: Sangiovese 50%, Merlot 50%. Pairings: on all gastronomic occasions that do not require rigorous combinations with light whites or important reds. A wine that goes very well with hors d'oeuvres, dry soups, eggs, white and red meats, fish and shellfish soups. Service temperature: 8-10 °C.
