Type: the D.O.P. Colli Martani is a blend in a variable percentage, depending on the vintage of the cultivars of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. Taste: when tasted it releases all the aromas and scents typical of the Martani hills. Refined and precise aromas, as intense as they are harmonious. Herbaceous notes and green apple, the balsamic trait stand out. Bitter and spicy present and very persistent. Pairings: an oil with multiple combinations, ideal for soups, some wild herbs, grilled red meats and noble fish. Directions for use: to season cold and hot dishes with a medium structure raw.
