Colour: ruby red, almost purplish thanks to the presence of Montepulciano, clear and with good consistency. Bouquet: red fruits are released on the nose, in particular the black cherry of Montepulciano, accompanied by the floral freshness and aromatic notes of Sangiovese. Taste: soft and very pleasant in the mouth with accentuated but not astringent tannins. Grapes: 70% Sangiovese, 15% Montepulciano, 15% Sagrantino. Pairings: cold cuts, white meats, fresh cheeses, grilled meat first courses, cured meats.
