Type: red, still and dry wine. Colour: intense, deep and brilliant ruby red, sometimes with slight purplish reflections. Bouquet: intense, delicious notes of red fruit and green pepper with spicy woody notes derived from French oak. The finish is long and persistent. Taste: the dry and pleasant flavour, with the right body, persistent and velvety, reveals hints of wild berries and ripe plums. Grapes: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Pairings: roasted or grilled meat, stews with mushrooms, aged cheeses and cured meats. Service temperature: 16 °C.
