Type: sweet wine, sweet with marked floral and fruity notes, ideal for concluding every friendly banquet in solemn sweetness. Colour: ruby red. Bouquet: sweet red fruit and flowers on the nose. Taste: the sip is sweet, fresh and sapid. Grapes: 100% Canajolo. Pairings: it can also accompany medium-aged cheeses, in the Umbrian Easter tradition it accompanied cheese cakes with hard-boiled eggs and stewed lamb. Service temperature: 16-18 °C.
