WINES
Colour: characterized by a beautiful intense ruby red color tending towards purplish. Bouquet: there are notes spicy and fruity like black pepper, currant and blackberry. Characteristic of the autochthonous vine of these areas are the notes of wild herbs such as fennel and mint. Taste: austere, decisive and with a discreet note of tannic astringency, albeit softened by the wood. Taste: in the mouth it is full-bodied, tannic and well structured, however always remaining very balanced. Grapes: 100% Tannat. Pairings: it goes well with roasts of sheep origin and spicy cheeses matured for more than two years. Service temperature: 18-20 °C.
