Type: wine that has established itself over time as a true ambassador of taste and culture and of the green soul of Umbria. Colour: intense straw yellow. Bouquet: hazelnut scent typical of the vine and with aromas of honey: spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and cloves derived from French oak follow one another. Taste: warm, fat and round although well balanced by a good acidity. Mature wine with good body, with a fine and intense aroma in the mouth and an excellent aromatic persistence. Grapes: 100% Grechetto di Torgiano. Pairings: pasta and risotto with meat, roasted white meat, roasted fish, mushroom soups. Service temperature: 10 °C.
